Ordering a Repossession
Getting started with Nationwide Repo is straightforward. We need two things from you to open your case and dispatch our agents. Once we have your documents, we move fast.
-
1Photocopy of Vehicle Title and Contract or Bill of Sale
We need proof that you are the rightful lienholder or owner of the property. A copy of the title and the original sales contract or bill of sale is sufficient in most cases.
-
2Completed Hold Harmless Agreement
Download the form below, fill it out completely, and email it back to us along with your other documents. This is required before we can begin work on your case.
Please email your completed documents to Nationwide Repo at:

Please include any additional information that may help us locate your skip — credit applications, reference sheets, a copy of the debtor's driver's license, known addresses, phone numbers, or any background information you feel is relevant. The more we have, the faster we can move.
Repossession Process
Once we receive your documents, we will immediately dispatch agents to the locations you have indicated. If the vehicle is accessible and can be recovered without confrontation, our agent will quickly and quietly repossess it and transport it to the nearest Nationwide Repo lot.
We will then complete a full condition report and vehicle property inventory documenting the vehicle mileage, overall condition, and any personal property the debtor left inside. You will receive this report so you have a clear record of exactly what was recovered and its condition at the time of repossession.
What If The Vehicle Is Not At The Address You Provided?
If our agent cannot locate the vehicle at the addresses on file, we automatically move into skip tracing mode. Our skip tracing team will begin working all available data to locate the debtor and the vehicle. You will not be charged anything unless we make a successful recovery.
Additional Documents That Help
The more information you can give us upfront, the better our chances of a fast recovery. In addition to the required documents, please send anything you have on hand including credit applications, reference sheets, known relatives or associates, last known employer, any utility or service accounts in the debtor's name, and any notes about the debtor's habits or regular locations. Nothing is too small if it helps us find the vehicle.
